It is for divorcing & separating couples who want to file a no-fault uncontested divorce who are willing to sit down with a trained mediator to reach a fair and equitable settlement agreement on 20-25 issues which are required by Virginia State Law.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, each individual will call Anita Best, a mediator with Best Consulting, LLC at (804) 447-9159 and leave a message. Each 60-minute session will cost $225. Depending upon the complexities of your family situation, a settlement agreement could be reached between 4-5 sessions.

The final session will cost $275 where you will receive your settlement agreement.
